I firmly believe that achieving health and fitness goals involves a balanced approach to biological health, encompassing physical, mental, and chemical aspects. When one area is impacted, the others are too, so I work to ensure a holistic balance. My world travels have enriched my understanding of nutrition, fitness, and mental health, allowing me to share invaluable insights as an online personal trainer, to help you achieve your goals.
I started training with Matt last August after gaining about 6kg and slipping into bad nutrition and exercise habits. From our very first chat, Matt was super attentive and understanding.
