I have been training with Matt for a year and i have lost 10kg from sept 2023 and 2024 (95 - 85kg) and have been able to maintain the 85kg with good strength and conditioning.
What really helps is that he uses trainerize to provide me the program that I need to focus on my goals. It also syncs well with my fitbit and myFitnessPal so he can also observe my macros.
His flexibility in adjusting the programs also helps as I can get quite busy at odd times due to my work.
I would definitely recommend this trainer as he keeps in mind the realistic outcomes from training and provides suggestions on how to improve regularly.
